Role:       Operations Manager - Serviced Apartments

Salary:    On application Neg.

Client:     UK Office for a Global Corporate Housing company

Specific Responsibilities Include: 

  • Managing operations of the London office. 
  • Recruiting, hiring, training and coaching staff.
  • Regularly follow up on and assign responsibility for new business leads.
  • Ensuring staff follow procedural standards.
  • Communicating with clients and guests as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attending client, networking, and vendor functions.
  • Preparing administrative and financial reports.
  • Inspecting apartments and buildings for quality control and high volume move-ins.
  • Supporting and partnering with regional and international corporate sales teams.
  • Managing an inventory of apartments and buildings within defined markets.
  • Establishing, negotiating and maintaining property relationships.
  • Establishing and maintaining pricing in the local market.
  • Overseeing all accounting, administrative, and guest service operations.
  • Managing and monitoring maintenance requests.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with guests.
  • Auditing monthly financial statements.
  • Creating and managing an annual budget
  • Reviewing income and expenses.
  • Reviewing and approving credit worthy accounts.
  • Maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Communicating with finance as it relates to accounts receivables.
  • All other duties as assigned

 Minimum Requirements Include:  

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years customer service experience; hospitality, property management, UK real estate preferred
  • 3+ years supervisory experience; hospitality, property management, UK real estate preferred
  • Professional and polished customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills and experience with working with a variety of software packages

Role:       2 x Business Development Managers - Serviced Apartments

Salary:    £35k + bonus

Client:     UK Office for a Global Corporate Housing company

The role will:

  • Be focused primarily on new business generation
  • Be strategic account management in a client facing capacity
  • Proactively develop corporate client relationships, drive revenue and profitability
  • Increase spend and usage of apartments across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Generating profitable business, meeting and/or exceeding established sales targets
  • Establishing, influencing, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in global, multinational companies and SME’s in order to negotiate and develop profitable and sustainable business accounts
  • Researching and winning new business by Structured telesales activities, producing client-specific proposals and attending prospective client meetings and presentations, at all times aiming to persuade prospects/clients of the benefits of using our company
  • Managing the sales process from initial opportunity through to the securing of the sale
  • Attending exhibitions, conferences and networking events where appropriate to promote us to potential new accounts

 Minimum requirements include:

  • Professional, positive and a highly ethical approach to Sales
  • Current experience of the London corporate accommodation market in hotel or serviced apartment sales
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in dealing with corporate clients
  • Proven experience of new business generation
  • Business savvy, professional and have the intellectual fortitude to hold business conversations with senior executives of FTSE companies
  • Enthusiasm and motivation for the job, the company and the sector
