Steps to letting out your property:


Appraisal

The first step is ask us for an honest opinion on the likely achievable rental value for your property. We will then devise an appropriate marketing campaign.


Marketing

Once you formally instruct Saxbury Ltd, we can start marketing your property. During the marketing process Saxbury will:

- Circulate your property to an exclusive network of high quality potential tenants

- Make targeted calls to suitable serviced apartment operators

- Obtain indicative offers (STC)

- Accompany all viewings

- Provide frequent updates on progress with viewings


Offer agreed

In order to secure you a tenant you are happy with, we will:

- Negotiate offer details with prospective serviced apartment operators (rent levels, length of tenancy, start date, liaise with furnishing companies etc.)

- Present you with the filed accounts for the tenant's operating company.

- Ensure initial rent is paid and a standing order for periodical payments is set up.
